Language
- There was an issue with the german translation that could cause issues such as tooltips to not appear. The issue is caused when a translated string didn't have the same number of bracketed strings. For example if the english string was "Max Power Generation: {0}" but the translated string didn't include the "{0}", this would cause an error in our localization system. For now, we've rolled back the german translation until we can fix our localization system to detect and handle these issues.
