Firmarlite bars are a resource used primarily in the production of Science Pack IV and later in Science Pack V but in their Firmarlite Sheet form.

Obtaining
Firmarlite bars cannot be crafted or processed from raw resources in the same way other metals can and are instead traded through the Space Station Requester Warehouse.
To obtain firmarlite bars you need to research the Sales Warehouse tech located just after the science pack IV tech (While this follows Science Pack IV it does not require Science Pack IV to research). The next steps require you to have placed a Radio Tower Base and fully constructed it. Once you have repaired the cargo hold on the space station (This is done through the Radio Tower) you can finally begin trading with the station and obtaining your firmarlite bars but you still need to ensure you have these few buildings constructed, powered and configured.
In the interface of the Space Station Requester Warehouse you should set firmarlite bar as your request and do the same in the sales warehouse but for Maintenance Drone instead. For your first firmarlite bars you will be feeding maintenance drones into the Sales Warehouse which will then be taken to the station by your Transport Ship Port and exchanged for the bars you're trying to obtain. These bars are left in storage on the station itself and will be collected by another Transport Ship Port and dropped off inside your Space Station Requester Warehouse where you can now extract your bars for use in your production lines.
