Space Station

The space station is your connection to the galaxy. Its main purpose is to store and sell your products.

To get the station view you will initially need to build a and then press the "Contact Station" button on its screen panel. Later down the research tree you will be able to unlock ways to remotely open the station view.

When first accessing the Station View, you will notice that the Space Station is in a state of extreme damage and in need of repairs. These repairs and other upgrades are accessed via the Station upgrades section.

Station upgrades

There are many upgrades and improvements you can build on your station; expanding it is key to success.

Station upgrades need  Construction Material, which is stored at the Station and can be bought or sold on the Galactic Market. You initially start out with a quantity of 1,500 Construction Materials for initial repairs. You will need to obtain additional Construction Materials, either by purchasing off the Galactic Market and ultimately you will be able to research and produce your own Construction Material

Storage

Your station has an inventory. The cargo capacity can be increased through Station upgrades.

Space Ships

Through the station you can manage your space ship fleet. On the space ship window you buy, sell, rename and assign tasks to your space ships.

Sales Platform

The sales platform is the easiest way to sell your products as it will automatically sell (once per in game hour) your products to casual customers. The sales platform allows us to sell products to casual customers passing by our station. Sales prices are expected to be 30% lower than the average market prices, but it does not require extra management. Since other sales methods are always prioritized, the sales platform is also a convenient way of selling excess products in store.

Finances

The finances window presents you with a bunch of account tables and chart overviews to help manage your company. You can also view your competitors market dominance, weekly earnings and lifetime earnings vs your own. (note this is not an online leaderboard vs other Foundry players)

Galactic Market

On the galactic market you can buy or sell goods. You can either do one time trades or set up recurring orders. Below you can see ships currently executing trades, on the right hand side you can manage your recurring orders.

Recurring Trade Orders

Set up recurring trade orders based on conditions, which will automatically be executed when applicable by your idle space ships. For a ship to execute recurring trade orders it needs to have no task assigned and it needs to be allowed to execute recurring trade orders (can be toggled on the space ship overview). Min  Firmarlite Barto keep means that a purchase would not take place if you have less than this value in storage.

Game tip

Note recurring trade order threshold determine if your ships will buy or not. Example setting the "buy if below" threshold to 1000 means ships will only go and buy them if you are below 1000 in space station storage. If "minimum amount to buy" is also set to 1000 then unless you have 0 in storage no purchase would take place.

Changing the setting to "Buy if below" 5000 would initiate any time you dip below 4000 in storage.

R&D Lab

Through production of bots, and drones you will receive XP that you can use to level up your R&D for that item. The XP can be used to The R&D lab is responsible for product opitmization. It automatically analyzes machine made products and generates product experience. Product experience unlocks technology points which can be spent on products to improve various aspects. Spending  Firmarlite Bar and upgrading the station further improve the R&D lab.

Product Quality

Increase sales price, this can be improved infinitely starting at 5%

Production Efficiency

Produce extra products without spending more input materials. For assembly line made products this improves the crafting efficiency of the items required at the assembly lines. this can be improved infinitely starting at 2%

Product Weight Reduces product weight to require less cargo ships for transport. This can be improved 4 times starting at 12.5%

Lab Equipment

Improve lab equipment which will increase the XP earned per product starting at 1.05 XP
