An Assembly Line segment that paints a fully assembled product. Products must be painted before they can be delivered to the Space Station. The paint scheme of the product can be customized by the player. As of Update 2, Hotfix 3 the specific paint scheme is purely cosmetic.
The Assembly Line Painter consumes 425 KJ of power each time it completes a task, up to 32 tasks per minute, for an average power consumption of ~226.67 kW if running at full speed. It has an internal charge, and when a task is complete the power consumed is depleted instantly and then refilled at the higher rate listed in the info box.
